On August 12, 2015, Liang Ly LLP successfully obtained an emergency injunction in a large cross-border commercial dispute that enjoined a corporate defendant from the continued dissipation of assets. The Court’s decision to issue the requested provisional relief was instrumental to the preservation of the litigants’ rights during the pendency of the action.
