Cindy Lee

Cindy is a season litigator who represents both individual and corporate clients in both state and federal court.  She has conducted multiple depositions, drafted complex motions, including motions for summary judgment and motions to dismissed, and appeared before both state and federal courts to advocate on her clients' behalf.  In particular, Cindy represented an individual defendant in a complex civil fraud matter before the LA Superior Court.  In that case, the defendant was wrongly accused of being a part of a long-running fraudulent scheme aimed to take advantage newly-arrived immigrants.  After extensive briefing and a contested hearing, Cindy prevailed on a motion for summary judgment and obtained a complete victory for the client.

Cindy is also an active member in the Asian American community and serves as a Board Member for the Korean American Bar Association.
