Jennifer is a trial lawyer whose practice and experiences include both complex civil and criminal matters, including claims involving employment and labor matters, fraud, breach of contract, the False Claims Act, and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”). She represents a diverse range of individual and corporate clients, including Fortune 500 companies, in both state and federal courts. Jennifer’s work spans across all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigation and pleadings through discovery, motion practice, and resolution. For example, Jennifer has represented and helped secure a seven-figure settlement in a high-stakes employment matter against a high net-worth individual, reflecting her ability to achieve meaningful results for clients in complex and sensitive disputes.
Jennifer has conducted depositions and has drafted a broad range of motions, including demurrers, motions to dismiss, and motions to compel arbitration at both the state and federal level. In particular, in representing an individual defendant in a highly contentious civil action that involved international parties and contracts, Jennifer successfully compelled the claims to overseas arbitration.
Jennifer is an active participant and member of the Asian American community. She frequently participates in pro bono work at the Korean American Bar Association and previously served as a student representative for the Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association.
